How Does this affect you as a dealer? Dealers
registered with TheSticklies.com can sign in and place their orders as
ususal. No charges will be applied to you because there is an automatic
discount that will be applied to you at check out. Charging will always
be done on the back end once your orders have been approved.
Why was everything transferred to one site?
It was very costly and expensive to manage two websites. So we decided to move everything to one website.
I used to be registered with shopthesticklies.com, what happened to my account?
All retail customer accounts have been transferred to TheSticklies.com.
If you would like to order, you can sign in and shop the same way you
did on ShopTheSticklies.com. All of the prices are the same and it does
not effect you.
I was an affiliate with ShopTheSticklies.com. What happened to my affiliate account?
You account has been transferred to TheSticklies.com but you will need
to re-register as an affiliate. We are happy to introduce this feature
here since we feel it will be a great way to tie in all of The Sticklies
services to one website. We will honor all fee's owed to our
affiliates.

Display 8 Questions
Are we moving to a new price list?
Yes, the new price list for display 8 will go into effect on August 1st 2011, After that we will not be charging based on the old price list. If you are a dealer and would like a copy. Please register or sign in for a printable version.The new price list has new prices and quantities for most of our products.
I'm a current dealer, do I get a free update to display 8?
The
new display 8 is an entirely new and updated book. It features a better
layout and over 500 new designs and options. We will not be giving free
updates to our current dealers but you can order one from this website
if you like. Updates only cost $40 plus shipping and handling.

Who are The Sticklies?
We are a wholesale stationery manufacturer specializing in (but not limited to) personalized stick figure stationery products. You can read our story by clicking on the About Us tab.
How can I become a dealer?
Anyone can become a Sticklies Stationery dealer. When you become a dealer you are sent a binder that includes our full product line, order forms, and instructions on how to order. The price for the binder is $95.00 plus shipping. We are a wholesaler that prints The Sticklies Stationery products in house before we ship it to you, our dealer. We split the retail price 50/50 (minus shipping, which you should charge your customer). Dealers can send in your orders via the email or fax. To purchase click on the Become a Dealer tab above.
What is your turn around time?
Proofs are provided with in 3-5 business days after your order has been recieved. Once approved, Please allow 1-2 days to print and ship.
* During the holiday rush please allow up to 3 weeks to recieve orders.
Do you charge for proofs?
We normally do not charge for proofs. However, if there are exceptional circumstances additional charges my apply. We recommend E-mail proofs becasue they are in full color. Also, we do fax proofs in black and white.
Can you do a special design request?
We honor special requests. Our design team strives to give complete satisfaction on every order. You can mix and match clothing from your favorite characters or even make a request for a new character. We love a good challenge!
Additional characters or heads?
No charge per additional character or head.
What are dealer tools and how can i access them?
When you register with us you have access to dealer tools in your account. You can print out
a reference guide, order forms, price list, product handouts, or order samples or non personalized products. Only registered Sticklies dealers have access to these tools.
Can I purchase some samples?
Yes, you can. You can sign into your account and purchase your samples from your dealer tools section in your account. (coming soon)
Can I purchase Non personalized products to sell in bulk?
Yes, you can. You can sign into your account and purchase from your dealer tools section in your account. (coming soon)
How long have you been in business?
The Sticklies Family Stationery was established by our fearless leader and owner Gary Groobman in the year 2000.
